VoIP and MPLS technologies are now staples in the technical world. It became clear that the two technologies were important to our customers, so ZettaView has added VoIP and MPLS capabilities to our system.

ZettaVoIP, like ZettaView, features non-intrusive hardware which works seamlessly with existing networks. ZettaVoIP can also be utilized through ZettaView’s various established reports including protocol analyzer, alarm manager, and customized reporting. This new feature will monitor the key Mean Opinion Score (MOS) parameters such as latency, throughput, jitter, and packet loss...all with a single tool. ZettaVoIP allows you to monitor data and voice with just one system.

MPLS can be monitored on the ZettaView System to show real time class numbers, mnemonics, the amount of objects, highest throughput in and out, highest round trip time (RTT) per object, and more. There are also special historical reports for MPLS that include data rate comparison in, out, and totals, class of service, and RTT. Other reports can also be generated using ZettaView’s mature reporting feature.
