Network Baselining
ZettaView is now providing a baselining service for companies who do not wish to purchase a ZettaView probe, but would still like to benefit from some of the features of the ZettaView System. This service allows the probe to be installed on the customer's network and collect data to be reviewed and analyzed by ZettaView personnel.

Consulting Activities:
- The first step ZettaView takes is to define a workable project plan. This includes making an interview schedule, determining the types of probes needed for the project, and the reporting documentation that will be necessary.
- ZettaView will then assess and document the current network design of the customer.
- The next step involves preparing an implementation schedule that meets the desired level of recovery for the customer and also recommendations for the proper placement of probes on the network.
- The probes will be installed in the planned locations.
- ZettaView will then retrieve captured data from those probes and compile them into several key reports.
- The final reports will be delivered to the customer for review.
ZettaView will provide an assessment of the current data network infrastructure connectivity, the proper equipment, and implementation of this equipment. A document outlining the findings with historical reports will be presented at a final meeting. This document will also contain an overview of the existing state of the customer's network and recommendations and road maps for what should be done given the information provided in the document.
