ZettaView features some of the most sophisticated troubleshooting abilities of any performance management tool. The troubleshooting begins with a pre-configured or user-defined threshold being exceeded which then triggers an alarm. The network professional can then go to the ZettaView Alarm Manager to investigate the alarm in greater depth.

The user can subsequently use the ZettaView Report Generator to drill down and get a better look at what has actually transpired.
